Every company has both a story and a script. Every employee, including the owner, who interacts with customers has a script. As sure as geese fly south to the same place every winter, each person says and does almost exactly the same thing at every employee/customer intersection. There are A scripts, B scripts and C scripts. An A script has a VERY POSITIVE effect. The customer feels cared about and has an experience that's completely unforgettable and most remarkable. What is that worth to a company? It's priceless.
Another employee has a B script. It's neutral. Another employee has a C script,,,negative, possibly offensive.
