Outside that, all other costs you incur are optional. You may want us to track and report. You may want to add features. You may have a staff change and need to have appropriate changes made to the site. All of this is done under a maintenance agreement where you only pay for what we do. NOTE: For Managed Social Media we have several levels of service.
